Summary
We are seeking an energetic, responsible part time marketing coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will be an integral member of the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our products. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field. This position provides an opportunity for students currently pursuing a marketing, business or communications related degree to get hands on experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will contribute to projects and advance our existing programs. This paid position and if available could be full time during the busy season (April - July) and part time during the remainder of the year (20 hours/week).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Working with our the Marketing Specialist to update & create content and administrating of the company website, including Google Analytics and Google AdWords campaigns;
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team to develop a social content strategy and calendar for each of our major social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and more;
- Identify and implement growth strategy; Manage social media platforms by creating content and campaigns, posting, active monitoring, responding to, and distribution of follower feedback ;
- Maintain all digital assets, including photo libraries, and videos;
- Develop print collateral, literature, i.e. brochures, sell sheets, etc.;
- Create graphics for posters, banners, tradeshow booths, mailers, brochures, and websites; Fulfill all marketing supply requests submitted through request tracking system;
- Order promotional and hospitality items as assigned; distribute to facilities, maintain inventory;
- Recommend new, innovative marketing supplies/promotional materials;
- Work with the Sales & Marketing team to assist and manage the logistics of responses and pitches, including arranging meetings, lunch & learns and coordinating with other departments/businesses;
- Seeks out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis;
- Assist sales team in coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets;
- Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to identify performance improvement opportunities internally and generate sales leads externally;
- Work with sales teams and clients to develop effective operational plans and bids.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary. Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Working towards an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or other related discipline is preferred. Content creation experience preferred, writing submission required.

- Demonstrated success in marketing technical products. Social media proficiency and experience with website administration.
- Demonstrated artistic and creative use of various media, especially in print and digital.
- Knowledge of and experience with Google AdWords campaigns is preferred. Emotionally resilient and able to drive projects effectively for excellence against demanding targets in a complex, multi-disciplined environment.
- Energizing, enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
